Reduce Pain
We address the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms — so you can move comfortably again without relying on endless treatment.
Evidence-based, one-on-one physical therapy for athletes and active individuals — built around how you move, perform, and live. Located inside IBX Performance Training, North Charleston.
At The PT Blueprint, we deliver individualized musculoskeletal care grounded in the latest evidence-based research. Optimal health and performance come from understanding each person as a whole — physically, mentally, and functionally.
Our clinicians take the time to listen, assess, and identify the root cause of your impairment — not just the symptoms — then design a personalized plan that puts you in an active role in your own recovery.
By integrating skilled manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and education, we help you recover from injury, build resilience, and return to the activities you love — stronger than before.
We address the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms — so you can move comfortably again without relying on endless treatment.
Once pain is under control, we rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized, progressive rehab designed for your body and your goals.
This is where we separate ourselves. We bridge the gap between rehab and training so you return to the gym, sport, or life stronger than before — not just "cleared."
Originally a youth hockey player from New Jersey, Dr. Zach earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from Miami University (Ohio) before completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at MUSC.
With 10+ years in CrossFit and functional fitness and 5+ years of coaching, Zach bridges rehabilitation, movement assessment, and performance training. A firm believer that surgery should be the last resort, his goal isn't just to get you out of pain — it's to send you back stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the activities you love.
Outside the clinic he's training for HYROX events, CrossFit competitions, and marathons — or out on the golf course.
Dr. Cody earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University in 2017 and his Board Specialty in Orthopedics in 2022. He also serves as Adjunct Professor in the musculoskeletal section of the MUSC DPT program.
He specializes in helping athletes and active individuals of all ages return to competitive and recreational sport, with a treatment philosophy centered on strength training and cardiovascular exercise as the foundation for lifelong health.
Outside the clinic, he stays sharp training for HYROX and local CrossFit competitions — plus golf, pickleball, and basketball.
