Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number to The PT Blueprint — through our contact form, intake paperwork, or directly to a member of our team — you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your care. These may include appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your plan of care, responses to questions you send us, and administrative messages about your account.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving physical therapy services from us. You may decline messaging and still be treated as a patient.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your plan of care and how often you contact us. Most patients receive a small number of messages per week.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The PT Blueprint does not charge for text messages.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further messages unless you opt back in. To resume messages, reply START. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or any information collected through our contact form with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional use. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us operate our practice and messaging systems, and only as needed to provide those services.
Please do not send sensitive personal health information by text message. SMS is not a secure or encrypted channel. For anything clinical or confidential, call us or discuss it at your visit.
