4. Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduled sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full at our discretion.
 

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments for training sessions, packages, or services are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
 

6. Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from The PT Blueprint, including calls, emails, and SMS messages related to scheduling, services, and updates.
 

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
 

7. Intellectual Property
